At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their expanding team based in Manchester M22.
This is a full time Learning Coach role combining on site delivery with workplace visits, giving you the opportunity to support and inspire apprentices as they progress through their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship.
You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build long term careers in the industry.
