Job Description

The role
As a Learning & Capability Lead, you will lead the design, governance and delivery of a program-wide learning and capability strategy that enables ASIC staff and external stakeholders to successfully transition to modernised registry services.
You will be accountable for:
Leading the development and execution of the RegistryConnect learning and capability strategy, ensuring alignment with program and organisational goals

Shaping and governing the program's learning ecosystem, including capability standards, quality benchmarks and evaluation frameworks

Providing expert advice to senior executives and stakeholders on learning risks, opportunities and capability requirements

Overseeing program‑wide learning activities, including training needs analysis, learning design, content development and delivery planning, with hands‑on support as needed
