Learning Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with the different functions to discuss training initiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes
• Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle – needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor and evaluate results and impact
• Provide high‑quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice and support service to assist in developing workforce capability
• Handle small‑scale projects and programmes and function‑wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
• Support organisation‑wide scale programmes in the organisation
• Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the programme and be creative to maximise the use of the L&D budget
• Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends
