Position Summary

We are looking for aLearning Business Partner - Leadership & Team Effectiveness, reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager based out of the NBS Center in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the roll-out of all learning solutions related to leadership and transferable skills development for all markets in zone Asia, Oceania, Africa. You will also be responsible for the delivery of team assessment & team effectiveness learning solutions and implementation of the Global Coaching & Mentoring Vision and Strategy across the zone.

This role can be performed fromNBS Manila(Philippines) as preferrable location to be based , benefiting from the proximity with your extended team members.
