What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Learning Associate to join our site team and help deliver a high-quality learning experience across the business. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, where you will support both compliance and development, helping employees build the skills, confidence and capability they need to succeed. You will play a key part in bringing learning to life—delivering engaging training, supporting on‑the‑job development and working closely with teams across the site.
