Daily Rate: £92.63 – £105.30 

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a range of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Brighton and Hove, who are seeking dedicated and proactive Learning and Progress Mentors to join their teams from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them overcome barriers to learning, improve engagement, build confidence, and make positive academic and personal progress. 

About the Role 

As a Learning and Progress Mentor, you will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, providing targeted academic, pastoral, and behavioural support.
