Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Learning and Development Specialist to drive employee capability-building initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in strengthening workforce performance by developing impactful learning programs, supporting leadership development, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in corporate training, instructional design, facilitation, and talent development.
