SF Partners are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to lead learning initiatives across our clients organisation, working closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create development plans, and deliver engaging learning solutions through both digital platforms and classroom-based training.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the annual appraisal process, support graduate and apprenticeship programmes, develop learning pathways, and build strong relationships across the business.
