1. Manage partnership with Edtech, L&D providers, Content providers, Internal Business Partners and co-create L&D as as service products.
2. Develop and Design Learning Framework and Learning Modules to provide L&D services to clients inside and outside organization.
3. Develop HR Tech and L&D communites and stregthening AIS Academy as a trusted brand for people/technology transformer.
4. Help organizing public events to stregthen AIS Academy leadership in L&D space
