Learning and Development Program Manager

We're looking for a hands-on, passionate
Learning & Development Program Manager
to design and deliver impactful learning programmes for our people, with a strong initial focus on managers and leaders. This role is about building high-quality learning experiences, not just administering tools, from shaping clear learning pathways (from first-time manager to experienced leader) to bringing them to life through our LMS (Supercrew Academy) and a mix of other learning formats.

Reporting to the VP of People, you'll work closely with leaders, People Partners and subject-matter experts to translate real business and people needs into practical, scalable learning programmes. You'll play a key role in strengthening leadership capability across Supermetrics, while also being a passionate driver of DEI learning initiatives and support for our ERGs.
