The Role

Ecosa PH is seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning and Development Manager to lead our capability-building and talent development initiatives. This role is critical in shaping a future-ready, high-performing workforce by translating business strategies into learning solutions that drive product excellence, service quality, digital enablement, and internal leadership strength. The L&D Manager will operate at both strategic and execution levels—designing scalable frameworks, championing a learning culture, and measuring the business impact of all development efforts.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure L&D priorities are integrated into core business strategies, including sleep innovation, app enablement, customer experience transformation, and team leadership development.
