We are hiring a Learning & Development Lead to build and run a performance-driven training function that directly improves delivery quality, workforce readiness, and client confidence.

This is not a traditional HR L&D role.

This role is accountable for measurable outcomes: faster ramp-up, fewer errors, better quality, and stronger delivery consistency across a remote and freelance workforce.

What You Will Own

• Design and execute a company-wide L&D strategy aligned to delivery quality and growth goals.
• Build scalable onboarding for employees and freelancers (target ramp-up ≤72 hours).
