Learning and Development Consultant

As a Learning and Development Contractor, you'll be joining a well-established, purpose-driven organisation with a strong focus on developing its people and building organisational capability. As a Learning & Development Contractor, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning and talent interventions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to diagnose business needs and translate these into practical, outcome-focused solutions.
Your responsibilities will include delivering workshops and blended learning programmes, supporting talent and leadership development initiatives, and coordinating end-to-end programme execution.
