Responsibilities
- Design, coordination, and delivery of training programs.
- Coordination and monitoring of internal promotions, including competency-based interviews and development plans.
- Management and updating of learning content in our learning platforms (LMS).
- Processing and follow-up of FUNDAE training subsidies.
- Management of training vendors and budgets.
- Localization of training materialsDelivering training sessions.
Requirements for Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Talent Development or Training is a plus.
- Previous experience in similar roles.Advanced English and intermediate Portuguese.
- Experience with LMS platforms is a plus (especially SuccessFactors, though not mandatory).
