Learning Advisor, Risk and Central Controls

The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic Human Resources professional who helps identify the Learning needs of their coverage area and determine the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities and leverages enterprise solutions
+ Develop Learning strategy in partnership with manager and in alignment broader product/function Learning strategy
+ Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutions
