Main Purpose of Job

To work with the Senior Associate (Learning Services) to deliver a learning and development service, including the Social Care Wales Workforce Development Programme (SCWWDP).

To work as part of the Learner Service Team, collaborating across learning and development to support the delivery of programme management, underpinned by the Health and Social Care Workforce Strategy themes.

Key responsibilities

• To assist in the delivery of learning and development interventions for the organisation and SCWWDP partners, supporting business outcomes and focused solutions.
• To provide front line learner support to employees and external partners ensuring course bookings are managed and queries resolved within agreed timescales.
