Learner Operations, Matriculation, and Experiences Senior Coordinator

This is a full-time staff position at the High Point University Workman School of Dental (WSDM). This person will assist in the design, coordination and implementation of WSDM learner matriculation experiences hosted by our DMD program. This role will assist the WSDM Director of Admissions and Engagement along with the Assistant Dean of Learner success in achieving the necessary coordination and implementation for successful matriculation to the DMD program while reflecting the extraordinary HPU experience. This includes coordinating and implementing learner opportunities for the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program (e.g., admissions visits/announcements/WSDM facility tours, family day, white coat, early matriculation experiences, orientation, graduation, etc.) This also includes coordinated events with external visitors/partners/vendors for student activities (e.g., Lunch and Learns, Board of Advisors meetings, coordinated events with HPU proper).
