The Role

The Learn to Swim Coordinator is responsible for the management and operation of the centre's Swim Schools programs. They are accountable for managing the financial performance of the program in order to achieve the goals and targets as set out in the annual business plan for the program.

The Learn to Swim Coordinator is responsible for the management and operation of the centre's swim Schools programs. Reporting to the Aquatic Services Manager, you are accountable for managing the financial performance of the program in order to achieve the goals and targets as set out in the annual business plan for the program. 

The Aquatics Services Coordinator will lead our Swim Teachers in program delivery, training and build on current skills and knowledge to ensure the delivery of aquatic education to our members. This is Part-Time position (30 - 32 hours).
