JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

This position will support continuous improvement efforts bygathering, analyzing, and presenting data, and byassisting with the implementation of Lean initiativesacross operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to Lean manufacturing principles while contributing to measurable operational improvements.

Major Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize operational data related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support Lean initiatives such as standard work, one point lessons hour by hour, daily management, visual management, and waste identification
• Assist with process mapping, gap analysis, and time studies
• Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings and progress
