Lean Manufacturing Engineer Sr

**MAIN OBJECTIVE.
**Responsible for managing and implementing continuous improvement culture in all functional areas and driving the implementation of the Dometic Production System (DPS) at the site.Focus will be on reduction of waste and process variability while ensuring cost reduction and improving site quality and productivity.Works closely with teams to achieve goals and organizational objectives and benchmarks other sites to identify and promote best practices.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Train, coach and implement Lean Tools:Kaizen, 5s, VSM/VSD, SMED, Standardized Work, and Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis- Site DPS Owner that drives alignment to global standards where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to optimize site layout to maximize the utilization of space to improve site profitability.
- Support activities to improve site ergonomics and continually improve the safety culture.
