Job Description
The Lean Manufacturing Manager drives the deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the plant’s Lean Manufacturing system. Working without direct reports, this role influences through coaching, facilitation, and collaboration across value streams and support functions. The position partners closely with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, and HR to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement by embedding Lean principles into daily work, leadership routines, and problem‑solving behaviors.
Responsibilities

+ Lead the deployment and ongoing refinement of the plant’s Lean Manufacturing system across all value streams.

+ Coach and influence cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, and HR to adopt and sustain Lean practices.
