LEAN Facilitator
Role Overview:
The Lean Facilitator supports British Columbia manufacturers by assessing operations, facilitating Lean learning, and coaching teams to build sustainable operational excellence capability. This role works directly with CME member companies across BC, guiding practical improvement efforts aligned with business objectives. This is a field-based, member-facing role with significant time spent on manufacturing sites. While the position is remote, the Lean Facilitator must be comfortable traveling frequently and working hands -on with frontline teams, supervisors, and leaders.
