For our operations at ModusLink (Venray & Amsterdam) we are looking for a hands-on Lean Engineer who will take our continuous improvement culture to the next level.

Over the past years, we have built a strong Lean foundation. Now it’s time to embed Lean into our DNA and that’s where you come in.

🔹 WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive Lean culture across both sites (Venray & Amsterdam)

Lead Kaizen events and hands-on improvement initiatives

Coach teams, supervisors and managers in Lean thinking & behavior

Analyze processes and implement end-to-end improvements

Optimize layouts, flows, costs and operational performance

Build and track KPI structures for continuous improvement

Ensure sustainability through standard work and follow-up
