PeopleLAKE Group is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager (Process) in Malaysia to lead the Engineering Department in Lean Manufacturing, CI, and automation initiatives. You will drive capacity planning, CAPEX investments, and cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
You will mentor Engineers and Technicians, oversee KPI performance, and steward standards and SOPs while coordinating complex projects with management. Mandarin is preferred.
