LEAN - Assistant Manager/Manager

Job Description :

•Collect and analyze data in order to provide all kinds of report (cost, quality, productivity,...) •Report to Management team about Lean implementation progress in the plant •Support the lean implementation at all departements to achieve the goals •Lead the team to implement the action plan •Conduct the lean training to all levels in the plant •Internal : All staffs at the company •External : Lean team Job Requirement : •University graduate in engineering and/or industrial management •At least 5 - 6 years in LEAN and PRODUCTION position •Good communication, intercultural and team work skills •Being active, flexible, organized-mind, persuasive and enthusiastic. •Strong personality and be able to work under pressure. •Capable of establishing and maintaining good relations between employer-employee •Language skills (Basic English) •Ability to read and understand all internal/ external documents. *Communication / Listening Skills:  •Ability to...
