• You will work closely with Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements.
• With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
• Lead a high performing team in the delivery of public and private construction projects.
• Work alongside the industry's top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
• Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
