Job Description

We’re looking for a Drainage Leading Hand who can roll up their sleeves, jump in with the crew when needed and keep an eye on the bigger picture.

You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing drainage works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. From reactive maintenance and repairs through to planned works, you’ll help manage day‑to‑day operations while providing guidance, support and leadership to your crew.

Working closely with Supervisors, clients, subcontractors and stakeholders, you’ll ensure work is delivered to contract requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll also play an important role in developing team capability through coaching, training and mentoring, helping create a high‑performing crew that looks out for one another and takes pride in quality workmanship.
