• Requires: Heavy Combination (HC) licence and proven civil construction site supervisory experience as the Senior Site Supervisor Civil Construction.
• Salary guide: The $50/hr is the probation rate for up to 6 months. After that, they may increase the pay and provide a vehicle once they’re confident you can perform as a fully capable hybrid leading hand/supervisor. Any pay increase will be linked to performance and production outcomes.
