Businesslist is seeking an Asst Supervisor/Supervisor in Pontian, Johor. The role involves overseeing production schedules, ensuring quality and timely shipment, and training new staff. Applicants should have a minimum of SPM or a diploma in Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.
Experience in wire harness manufacturing is a plus, with at least 1-2 years in supervisory positions preferred. The tenure is permanent with a salary range of RM2,800 to RM3,500. Candidates must be able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
