Lead Warehouse Supervisor

Position Responsibilities: 

+ The Lead Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse

+ As a Lead Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities

+ You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members

+ You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized

+ You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls

+ Other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience: 

+ Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department
