We’re looking for a creative leader who can do more than just edit — someone who can tell stories, shape concepts, direct shoots, and lead a growing video team across campaigns, platforms, and countries. At The Roadmap, we work with small businesses, communities, and fast-growing brands — helping them grow through strategy, creativity, and campaigns that connect with real people. Video is central to everything we do: from advertising and social content to branding, testimonials, and internal productions. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid, with creative freedom, variety, and real ownership.
