About the Role
The Lead UX/UI designer is responsible for defining, leading, and delivering high quality user experiences across digital tools and platforms that support business objectives and user needs. This role translates UX/UI strategy into effective design execution, drives end-to-end experience delivery, and ensures consistency, usability, accessibility, and compliance with AIA Group Design Standards.Acting as a trusted design partner to business stakeholders and technology teams, the Lead UX/UI designer champions user centered design through research driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable outcomes, while mentoring UX designers to uplift design quality and delivery excellence.
