The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for leading a team of UX designers, overseeing the design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
A team of UX designers will ensure that a clear, engaging, customer-centric path is created to drive improved conversion rates, help task completion, and increase NPS.
