Job Description
The Lead MFM sonographer plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality maternal fetal medicine services, coordinating team performance, and supporting both clinical and administrative operations. This position will be based out of our Tacoma location.
Key Accountabilities
+ Serve as clinical guidance and on-site point person for sonographers
+ Provide day-to-day supervision of MFM sonographers, including performance oversight, workflow accountability, and input into formal performance evaluations in coordination with Clinic Manager
+ Performs detailed maternal fetal ultrasound assessment, including functional assessments
+ Performs basic and detailed obstetrical ultrasound examinations in all three trimesters, including transvaginal and transabdominal scanning
+ Able to perform specialty ultrasound exams such as twin to twin transfusion evaluations and cardiac assessment
