Job Description
The Lead MFM sonographer plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality maternal fetal medicine services, coordinating team performance, and supporting both clinical and administrative operations. This position will be based out of our Tacoma location.
Key Accountabilities

Serve as clinical guidance and on-site point person for sonographers

Provide day-to-day supervision of MFM sonographers, including performance oversight, workflow accountability, and input into formal performance evaluations in coordination with Clinic Manager

Performs detailed maternal fetal ultrasound assessment, including functional assessments

Performs basic and detailed obstetrical ultrasound examinations in all three trimesters, including transvaginal and transabdominal scanning

Able to perform specialty ultrasound exams such as twin to twin transfusion evaluations and cardiac assessment
