**Overview**

Kimley-Horn's Dallas/ Fort Worth office is seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer to join the ourPower Deliveryteam.

This visionary and technically accomplished **Transmission Line Practice Leader** to spearhead our expanding Power Delivery division. In this senior leadership role, you will drive the strategic growth of our transmission engineering practice, oversee high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) projects, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You will serve as the primary technical expert and business development catalyst, cultivating high-level relationships with major electric utilities, cooperatives, and developers.
