Lead Technician - Field Service

Lead Technician - Field Service. You will provide onsite guidance, training, and technical support to field service technicians. You will act as a foreman, supervising accurate setup and operational functions, assembly, equipment and vehicle operation, general maintenance, and housekeeping at assigned project locations. Travel or relocation to customer sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between field service technicians, engineering, technical services, and quality assurance divisions.
• Perform work to established quality standards and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Coordinate, schedule, and provide work direction to field service technicians; oversee the safety of assigned personnel in these activities.
