Lead Technician

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Lead Technician to join a leading Company located in the Baldwin Park, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $22-28/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical/operational support to
the
production cells
as well as
perform disassembly, cleaning, safety wiring
and
painting of aviation components.

Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Will report to cell leads for any technical issues.
Make certain that assigned personnel have in their possession and follow
the appropriate technical data
during the performance of any maintenance function.
Ensure
the
proper handling of all parts
while being processed through
the maintenance function.
Ensure that work
is distributed
to qualified technicians within the shop.
Perform in-process inspections as delineated in the RS...
