Core Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: 3-5 years in US Individual Taxation, primarily focused on preparing and reviewing Form 1040 (U.S. Individual Income Tax Return).
• Enrolled Agent certification is mandatory for manager level.

Key Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on exposure to Form 1040 – candidates should have prepared/reviewed a high volume of complex 1040 returns.
