**Job Description Summary**
The Lead Systems Training Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering world-class training experience in support of integrated technical systems and networking devices for internal and external customers. This role owns training strategy and execution for assigned products and programs, including systems-based instruction, curriculum development, digital learning content, customer engagement, cross-functional coordination, engineering integration, and new product introduction support.

The position requires strong systems engineering knowledge, technical training expertise, and leadership capability to interpret technical documentation and translate complex product and system information into effective training content and materials that explain how products function within larger operational environments.
