My client, a leading force within aerospace manufacturing are on the hunt for a Lead Systems Engineer to join the team in the Cheltenham Office!

Role and Responsibilities – Lead Systems Engineer 
In this brand-new role for an ever-growing business, you will be responsible for leading the definition, development, integration and certification of advanced hydro & electro-mechanical actuation and control systems across the full systems-engineering lifecycle.

Other responsibilities include:

Lead and influence supplier engineering teams; review and approve supplier analyses, design outputs, qualification evidence, and change proposals.
Own the creation and control of system architectures, functional models, and interface definitions across mechanical, software, and electronics
