Lead Sourcing Specialist - Commodity Management

**Job Description Summary**
The Lead Sourcing Specialist – Commodity Management is responsible for executing commodity sourcing strategies for Dead Tank Circuit Breakers (DTCB) and Instrument Transformers (ITR) within the Grid Solutions – Power Transmission business in North America. This individual contributor role manages assigned commodities and supplier relationships to support cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality, and risk mitigation for critical grid projects.

The ideal candidate brings sourcing experience in the energy and power transmission sector, along with strong analytical, commercial, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
