Lead Solar Installer

Responsibilities

+ Lead your crew on daily job sites

+ Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

+ Supervise and train workers and crew members

+ Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

+ Supervise the use of equipment

+ Resolve problems when they arise


Requirements


+ Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred)

+ Roofing experience a plus

+ Electrical experience a plus

+ Valid Drivers License required

+ Proven experience as a solar foreman

+ In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

+ Excellent organizational and leadership skills

+ Ability to communicate and report effectively

+ Good physical condition and stamina

+ High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
