You will balance the people side of engineering—coaching and hiring—with the delivery side, ensuring that our IoT, AI, and Fintech-integrated modules are robust, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in our mission to digitize over 1,200 security firms and property management companies in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ecosystem Leadership: Oversee the development lifecycles across our core pillars:
THPatrol: AI & IoT-driven security workforce management.
MesraHR: Our cloud-based HRMS focusing on payroll automation, claims, and attendance.
PropKita & PropKira: Smart property management and resident apps, including integrated accounting and LPR (License Plate Recognition) parking systems.
