Lead Software Engineer

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive innovation and technical excellence within Workforce Technology. This role will own the architecture, optimization, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management of enterprise archival platforms such as **Theta Lake, Verba, and ZL** , while leading workflow orchestration and DevOps enablement. Strong collaboration with business stakeholders is critical to delivering scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions to complex operational needs.
