As a Lead Software Engineer, you are driving engineering excellence while designing, developing and operating scalable, high-quality solutions. You combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape Hilti’s software engineering direction and cloud capabilities that form the backbone of Hilti’s digital infrastructure.
