• Lead design and implementation of web-based back-end components that are high-performing and scalable
• Participate and improve development processes such as Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban along with strong robust coordination processes related to software deployments and testing
• Help hire developers, testers and system administration experts
• Mentor younger software enginers into rock star software development experts
• Maintain high code quality and component architecture
• You will manage against timelines and releases and push the envelop in talent productivity and software effectiveness
