Lead Software Architect

Key Responsibilities Team & Technical Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of .Net, React, Node.Js, and Python(Optional) developers.

- Drive engineering best practices including code quality, design patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native principles.

- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans for engineers.

- Translate product requirements into technical designs, architecture, and actionable sprint plans. Product Strategy & Innovation

- Collaborate with the CTO to conceptualize and architect futuristic digital marketing products that leverage ML/AI and data-driven automation.

- Own technical feasibility analysis and propose innovative solutions, frameworks, and architecture patterns.
