 In order to support HSSE Manager with daily operational tasks, our client is looking for a Lead SHE Engineer.


 
  Organisatie 
 Reports to: on a functional level: Polymer Asset Manager, HSSE Manager — on a hierarchical level: HSSE Manager The backup is: Plant Safety Advisor.
 Manage SHE services in support of meeting legislative requirements and in response to performance issues or changes in the regulatory environment.
  Develop and implement an effective SHE program for the site. 
 Monitor the performance and take action as required. 
 Ensure site reports and operates in line with company’s Directory.

 
  Functie 
 Lead the HSSE department to ensure continuous improvement so that the site achieves its annual SHE performance objectives.
