Required Skills & Experience Exp Level: 5-9 Years ServiceNow Technical Expertise Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, especially CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset tables. Strong experience with Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST APIs. Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and managing integrations (can be optional) Proven ability to rebuild or modernize workflows from legacy ITSM platforms. Data & CMDB Expertise Expertise in data mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and relationship modeling. Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB. Experience handling large-scale data migrations with high data quality standards. ITSM & Process Knowledge Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
